SPEECH THERAPY
Our Speech Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, assess, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults. Once the complicated is identified, our SLP will establish a treatment plan uniquely tailored to match each individual need. The program includes language drills, mouth muscle strengthening, various tongue, lip and jaw exercises and facial massage. For children, the therapist may use pictures and books or play-based therapy and language drills to demonstrate how to move the tongue and create specific sounds. Please note that a referral is required from a physician for speech/language therapy at
